1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use and subscription to Web Safe, provided by Jojo5 Marketplace LLC . By subscribing to or using Web Safe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

By clicking “Register” on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. You will receive a copy of these Terms in your Welcome Email. We may update these Terms from time to time as outlined in Section 5.

These Terms and the Contract are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Please pay particular attention to sections covering liability (Section 8), Web Safe features (Section 7), and cancellation (Section 6).

3. Key Definitions
  • Compromised Data Alert: A notification sent if your monitored data is found on compromised or unsecured sources.
  • Database: A collection of compromised personal data obtained from exposed or illegal sites.
  • Monitored Data: Personal data you register with Web Safe (such as email, phone number, or credit card details) to be monitored for breaches.
  • Subscription: Your ongoing paid access to Web Safe services.
  • Monthly Fee: The subscription cost detailed in your Welcome Email.
  • Start Date: The date your subscription begins, as specified in your Welcome Email.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Eligibility

By subscribing, you confirm that you:

  1. Are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States.
  2. Provide accurate, up-to-date information for your subscription.
  3. Will promptly notify us of any changes to your contact details via your Membership Area or by contacting us directly.
4.2 Contract Formation

Your contract with Web Safe begins when we accept your order and send your Welcome Email. Your subscription starts on the Start Date stated in that email.

If there is an error (such as incorrect pricing), we will inform you, and no payment will be processed until resolved. Any payment made in error will be refunded within 5 business days.

4.3 Subscription Duration and Fees
  1. Your subscription begins on the Start Date and renews automatically each month unless canceled.
  2. You will be charged the Monthly Fee shown in your Welcome Email.
  3. Payment will be taken automatically from the card you provide at regular monthly intervals. If your payment fails, we may retry until successful.
  4. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes. If you do not agree, you may cancel as outlined in Section 6.
5. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, or applicable laws. You will be informed of updates before they take effect.

If you do not agree with any updates, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

No update will reduce the scope of services you currently receive without your consent.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of the Start Date for a full refund.

To cancel, contact us by:

  • Email
  • Letter
  • The cancellation form on our website
  • The quick cancellation tool linked in your Welcome Email

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6.2 Cancellation After 30 Days

You may cancel at any time. If canceled mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle but will not renew. No refund will be issued for the current month.

Accidental overpayments will be refunded within 5 business days.

6.3 Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your subscription immediately if:

  • You fail to pay your monthly fee,
  • Provide false information, or
  • Misuse the service (e.g., for fraudulent activity).

No refund will be provided in these cases. We may also terminate your subscription with 30 days’ notice for legal, operational, or technical reasons, in which case a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

7. Service Features

Upon subscribing, you can log in to your Membership Area to monitor data, view alerts, and manage your subscription.

7.1 Limitations
  • Monitoring applies only to the data you provide.
  • We cannot guarantee monitoring of all compromised sources.
  • Alerts are based on data available in our systems at the time of monitoring.
7.2 Alerts and Notifications

You will be notified if your data is detected on compromised sources, via email or SMS. Monthly summaries are available through your Membership Area.

8. Liability and Disclaimer
8.1 Personal Use

Web Safe is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We are not liable for losses resulting from business or commercial activities.

8.2 Foreseeable Losses

We are responsible only for foreseeable losses directly caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

8.3 Limitations

We are not liable for service failures or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

8.4 Disclaimer

Web Safe does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or its services and is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the website.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Privacy

Jojo5 Marketplace LLC is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with U.S. privacy laws, including those applicable to credit brokers and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We aim to respond within 5 business days and will update you if more time is needed. All disputes are governed by U.S. federal and state laws.
